Welcome to Medezion. By accessing or using our platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

2. Licensing

Beats are sold under the license tier you select at checkout. Usage outside the tier's scope requires upgrading or purchasing an exclusive license.

3. Producers

Producers retain ownership of their work until an exclusive license is sold. Medezion takes a platform fee on every transaction.

4. Payments and refunds

All sales are final unless approved for refund by our support team within 7 days of purchase.

5. Liability

Medezion is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of purchased beats.
